Moroso at Hangar Bicocca

Events held to celebrate Moroso's 60^th anniversary continue unabated. The next is in Milan, at Hangar Bicocca, an old converted factory that is now a contemporary-art promotion venue. Between June 22 and September 2, Hangar Bicocca will host two exhibitions to pay tribute to the Moroso designs that have left their mark on the history of international design over the past twenty years. Backstage_Behind the Scenes curated by Patrizia Moroso and Marco Viola is devoted to iconic Moroso designs, while Metamorphosis_Behind, After or Beyond is the theme developed by artist Martino Gamper, who will reinterpret a number of Moroso seating designs through the filter of metamorphosis, the theme of all the celebrations in this exceptional year.
